Can I cancel my order?
If you make a mistake when placing your order do not worry - it happens! Get in touch with us by email or phone and we will do our best to cancel it before shipping.
If the artwork has already shipped, we will kindly ask you to send it back to us. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs.
What is your return policy?
If you'd like to return the artwork(s), we're happy to issue a refund. We have a 14 day return policy and refunds need to be requested within this time frame.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to artworks which have been framed. That's because our framing service is bespoke for each artwork.
When does the refund get issued?
We'll process your refund once we received the artwork and checked that it's in good condition.
