Your artwork is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging.
Shipping is a matter of trust: We pass your artowork to the art shipping professionals and have it deliveredt to you with a maximum protection.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
The easiest and most effecient way to contact is is through email (email@example.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
What are Aluminium Dibond Prints?
High Quality and Durability: The Direct Print On Aluminium Dibond
We print artoworks directly on aluminium using top-grade UV Fine Art inks. With aluminium Dibond backing, this print combines high picture quality and long life span.
Water Resistant 7-Colour Print
Direct prints on aluminium are matt and glare free, but the whites and bright areas have a fiant, silky gloss.
Ready To Hang Artworks
Our aluminium diabond artowork prints always arrive ready to hang. To make sure you can easily hang your artwork we include wall-mounts that are secure and easy to use: the aluminium rails attached to the back are included in the price.
Do you offer Custom Formats and Framing?
Yes! We offer a bespoke service and make customasied formats in the exact size you specify.
You can also have your artowork framed. Our frames arrive ready to hand in both portrait or landscape orientation. We have over 100 frames to choose from. Select the frame that best fits your style, or make a bold statement trough deliberate contrast. The choice is yours!
Can I Cancel my order?
If you make a mistake when placing your order do not worry - it happens! Get in touch with us by email or phone and we will do our best to cancel it before shipping.
If the artwork has already shipped, we will kindly ask you to send it back to us. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs once the work has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which applies for damaged works as well. Please note that any refunds need to be requested within this time frame. If you'd like to return the artwork(s), we're happy to issue a refund.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to artworks which had been framed. That's because our framing service is bespoke for each artwork.
When does the refund get issued?
We'll process your refund once we receive the artwork and check that it's in good condition.
